Jicama & orange slices, with coarsely ground peanuts, salt and a touch of ground toasted peppers, dressed with lime juice.

 

Bruschetta d' Calabaza con Champignon

Toasted slices of rustic bread topped with grilled diced zucchini and button

mushroom with a spread of goat cheese


Hummus Dip

Traditional North-African dish made with chick peas, spices and the best fresh lime juice.


Tabbouleh Couscous

Traditional Middle-eastern dish, made with fresh Mexican mint, parsley and the best fresh lime juice.

Ensalada de Pera

Fresh organic baby spinach leaves with slices of pears, crumbled blue cheese and toasted pecans, dressed with our balsamic vinegar dressing.


Caesar Salad

Organic and fresh Romaine lettuce with fresh made croutons, grated Parmesan cheese and crunchy bacon bits, all dressed with our traditional Caesar dressing.

 

Jicama Salad

Sweet romaine lettuce with fresh oranges and jicama slices topped with roasted peanuts and dressed with our citrus dressing.

Corn tostadas with a spread of refried black beans and pork tenderloin Pibil style with pickled red onions and hot salsa.


Albondigas al Chipotle

Baked mini prime beef meat balls, serve with a roasted tomato sauce with a touch of Chipotle peppers.

 


BBQ Options

 

Cochinita Pibil

The most popular recipe of the Yucatan Peninsula: Roasted Pork, marinated with an astounding bitter orange juice-annatto seeds sauce. Serve with black beans, roasted tomatillos and habanero hot salsa and the traditional pickled red onions.

 

Parrillada Tradicional

Grilled tender flank steak, chorizo and chicken thighs, with pearl onions & bell peppers, served with corn tortillas, roasted tomatoes hot salsa and guacamole.

 

Parrillada a la Mexicana

Grilled sirloin steak, chorizo and cactus with home-made fried potatoes with caramelized onions, sauté mushrooms with Mexican herbs, warm corn tortillas, fresh spicy cactus salad and hot salsa.
