In Mexican Cuisine we find a great number of vegetarian dishes. We do not really have the concept of vegan or a vegetarian type of cuisine, we simply and normally add vegetarian dishes in to our everyday diet.
The cost for chef service is per person and it is set according with your choices from the menu. The cost will include the ingredients. A 15% service could be added to large groups of ten or more people.

Battered Poblano pepper stuffed with quesillo cheese and serve with a roasted tomato sauce with a side of black beans and corn tortillas.
Tacos Veggies a la Mexicana.
Sautéed mushrooms with Mexican herbs, caramelized onions with fried potatoes, cactus pico de gallo & grilled cactus, all served with corn tortillas, guacamole and hot salsa.
Hoja Santa Enchiladas
Grilled hoja santa leafs stuffed with quesillo cheese and topped with a tomatillo sauce made with Mexican herbs and hot peppers.
